Who Owns the Right to the Art/Painting/Print

All art (originals & prints) is sold under copyright and is the property of the artist, Ria Krishnan and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way without the permission of the artist.

Framing
At this time, all art is sold unframed unless otherwise specified in the individual painting description. However, the studio can help find the perfect frame for the originals, please reach out to Ria@RiaKrishnan.com. Prints are sold unframed.

​Shipping
​
Original Oil Paintings - The studio is committed to shipping original paintings within 7-10 business days. However, in circumstances where the painting is wet, there may be additional delays. The studio will communicate with the customer and provide regular updates at all times. All Originals ship via USPS Priority.

Prints - Prints are made upon order, please allow 3-4 weeks before shipping. All prints ship via USPS.

Return Policy
Original Oil Paintings - 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee ! If you are unhappy/dissatisfied with the original painting, you may choose to return it in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving the painting. The purchase amount will be credited back to the original method of payment once the painting is received. The studio will cover Return Shipping.

Prints - All print sales are final sale.
Gift Cards cannot be returned. Also, purchases made using a coupon code or a gift card cannot be returned.

Custom Paintings / Commissions
If you wish to get a custom painting, please email ria@riakrishnan.com describing what you have in mind for your special painting. It helps if you can provide some reference photos.

Prices are mostly consistent with the prices you see on my website. However, they may change depending on subject matter and size.

We will stay in touch throughout the process and you will be updated as the painting progresses.

International Purchases
​
I do sell paintings outside of the United States. Shipping will be charged separately. Customs fees will be paid by the Customer. Please email ria@riakrishnan.com.
