The studio does not sell prints, so every piece you purchase is handmade and unique. All paintings come beautifully packaged in an easy to use box.
The frames displayed on the product page are sourced from local suppliers. The studio has no control over the manufacturing or supply of these frames. In the event of supply shortages, the studio will make best efforts to source a frame with visual appeal similar to the displayed frame.
The studio is committed to shipping paintings within 5 business days. However, in circumstances where the painting is wet or frame supply is in shortage, there may be additional delays. The studio will communicate with the customer and provide regular updates at all times.
The studio is committed to 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy/dissatisfied with the painting, you may choose to return it in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving the shipment. The purchase amount will be credited back to the original method of payment once the painting is received.
Return Shipping will be paid by the customer.
Commissioned or custom paintings are non-refundable.
Any purchases made using a Coupon Code are non-refundable (final sale).
